Set Up Client Sub-Accounts

Why Sub-Accounts Matter

Every client gets their own sub-account in GoHighLevel. This keeps their data separate, allows you to white-label the platform with their branding, and makes it easy to manage multiple clients from one dashboard.

Sub-Account Setup Process

1. Create the Sub-Account

In GoHighLevel, go to Settings → Sub-Accounts → Add Sub-Account

  • • Enter client's business name
  • • Add their email and phone
  • • Set timezone and currency
  • • Choose your snapshot template

2. Deploy Your Snapshot

Your snapshot contains all the pre-built assets:

  • • Lead capture forms
  • • Landing pages
  • • Email/SMS automation
  • • Calendar booking
  • • Reporting dashboards

3. Customize Branding

Update the sub-account with client-specific branding:

  • • Upload their logo
  • • Update brand colors
  • • Customize email signatures
  • • Update business information

4. Connect Facebook Business Manager

To run ads for them, you need access to their Facebook account:

  • • Have them add you as an admin to their Facebook Business Manager
  • • Connect their ad account to GoHighLevel
  • • Install Facebook Pixel on landing pages
  • • Set up conversion tracking

5. Set Up Recurring Billing

Use Stripe integration to charge them automatically:

  • • Go to Payments → Products
  • • Create $997/month subscription

  • Keep your snapshot updated. As you learn what works, update your template so every new client gets the best version.
  • Batch client setups. If you sign 2-3 clients in a week, set them all up at once. More efficient.
